I appreciate the concept of Chinese medicine, as it approachs health and healing from a truly holistic perspective, viewing and treating each person as unique from everyone else. With its rich 3,000 year old tradition, there is a never ending wealth of healing knowledge to draw upon.

In Chinese medicine, each person is veiwed uniquely. Even those patients who come in for treatment for problems that look the same symptomatically or from a western diagnostic perspective, the underlying reason why dis-ease occurs in each person differs from one to the other, therefore treatment has to be tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
